Artifact Uprising ā€” Design Services Relaunch

Although Design Services is A|Uā€™s most premium offering, it is not fully realizing its revenue potential. To position it as an elevated-yet-accessible program that saves time, we relaunched it with a new look and feel.

During our cross-functional partnership, I learned there are a significant number of clients who have abandoned DS projects at various stages of the post-purchase process. I viewed this as an opportunity to create a massive shift in how we help our clients over the finish line and used my behavioral copy design expertise to develop segmented emails that utilize gamification, incentivization, urgency, and sunk-cost mindset to get them to the next step. Additionally, we lowered the barrier to entry by choosing just one way for this group of clients to turn in their photos (there are usually several options).
